Role/Department:

This position is within the Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) Governance & Reporting team, reporting to the Team Leader. The role supports compliance with EIM policies and frameworks and assists in reporting functions, including Horizon Scanning and Threat Monitoring programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting incident management governance and reporting, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.
  • Acting as a liaison for regional Incident Management Teams and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Contributing to data analysis, risk assessment, and policy updates.
  • Monitoring change management initiatives and supporting incident record management.
  • Participating in Horizon Scanning and Threat Management forums, analyzing events, and producing risk summaries.
  • Supporting After Action Reviews and documenting issues and actions.
  • Assisting in developing testing programs based on risk factors and organizational impacts.
  • Developing and executing communication strategies for EIM.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Risk, or Controls.
  • Knowledge of crisis management and business continuity in financial or corporate settings.
  • Strong policy management, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of US, UK, and European regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools, including Power BI.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to drive execution and results.
