Qualifications

• 2+ years working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Solid depth in enterprise tech or comparably complex software.
• Real commercial instinct. You spot expansion and can hold early commercial conversations.
• A builder with genuine hunger. You want to build the process and do the hands-on customer work.
• Low ego and self-aware; comfortable saying 'I don't know' and then figuring it out.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical deployment for strategic accounts; run the hands-on onboarding and ensure successful rollout.
• Onboard hundreds of end users, surface expansion signals, and evolve a pilot into a multi-year partnership.
• Provide direct input to product by surfacing customer needs and shaping the roadmap as Conduct scales.
• Build onboarding flows, tooling, and reusable playbooks to enable growth without linear headcount growth.
