What you'll be doing

• Managing the enterprise conceptual and logical data models for Brit's data ingestion, management, and movement across the underwriting process—from initial submission to post-bind processing, data lake, and analytics.
• Analyzing and evolving the overall data model by collaborating closely with business, technology, and data stakeholders.
• Owning the design and management of data models, translating business requirements into conceptual and logical models.
• Presenting, explaining, and advocating data modelling principles and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements related to operational processes, analytics, and AI use cases.
