Contract | Hybrid | London | Up to £900 per day (Inside IR35) | Hydras IT Limited

Enterprise Data Consultants/Architects who join one of Hydras IT's key clients at this time will have unique opportunities to play a pivotal role in establishing a data-driven culture and enabling the organisation to leverage its data assets effectively. The positions will be for a minimum of 6 months and require 2 days per week in their London HQ.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the creation and implementation of an enterprise data management framework aligned with business objectives.
2. Providing expert support and guidance in a large-scale SAP migration program, ensuring data integrity and minimising disruption.
3. Evaluating and grading the current data function, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending actionable solutions.
4. Proposing optimal data management structures for the organisation's core digital systems to enhance efficiency and accessibility.
5. Developing data strategies, providing expert recommendations, and taking ownership of implementation initiatives.
6. Assisting with specific data elements related to AI initiatives, ensuring data quality and governance for successful deployment.

Essential Skills and Experience:

1. Proven experience in supporting organisations in maximising the value from data, building sustainable organisational and technological capabilities.
2. Deep passion for data and a strong understanding of how to deliver business value effectively through data-driven solutions.
3. Solid understanding of technology and its application in achieving business goals.
4. Experience in building foundational data capabilities to support emerging technologies such as AI.
5. Demonstrated ability to balance the development of foundational data capabilities with the cultivation of differentiating, experimental, and innovative skills.
6. Experience in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within organisations.
7. Ability to support teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to utilise data effectively, safely, and ethically.
