The Hampshire Careers Hub, part of the national network of Careers Hubs led by The Careers & Enterprise Company (CEC), is seeking a dynamic and committed Enterprise Coordinator to join our team.
As an Enterprise Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our mission to transform careers education across Hampshire. You will work closely with schools, colleges, employers, and local authorities to ensure young people are supported to make informed choices and transition successfully into further education, training, or employment.
You will:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and employers.
• Champion inclusive careers education.
• Coordinate impactful employer engagement activities tailored to learners.
• Support the delivery of high-quality careers programmes aligned with the Gatsby Benchmarks.
• Facilitate the recruitment and development of Enterprise Advisers (business volunteers).
• Understands the challenges and opportunities for young people in Hampshire.
• Can build strong, strategic relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Is proactive, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education and employment pathways.
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be part of a national movement improving the life chances of young people.
• Work flexibly in a supportive and forward-thinking team.
• Access professional development and training through CEC and Hampshire County Council.
• Make a tangible impact on the future of careers education in Hampshire.
