Enterprise Architect - Oracle

Contract Length: 12 Months (Inside IR35)

Location: Hybrid - Birmingham or Hertfordshire

Day Rate: £1100 Inside IR35

Start Date: ASAP

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimisation of enterprise IT systems as part of a large-scale business transformation programme.

You'll play a key role in ensuring scalable, secure, and high performing platforms across Oracle ERP, Financials, and HCM, while driving seamless integration and establishing best-in class enterprise architecture practices. There are a lot of moving parts which require a person who is highly experienced in dealing with fast moving programmes with strict deadlines. Having key experience working on

Key Experience Required
  • 7+ years' experience in Enterprise Architecture, with deep expertise in Oracle ERP, Financials, and HCM systems
  • Broad understanding of enterprise architecture domains, including identity, networks, workplace/device strategy, and hosting
  • Strong project integration experience needed
  • Experience delivering large-scale integration and migration projects in fast-paced environments (e.g., retail, media, technology, PE-backed businesses)
  • Project accounting experience for Oracle Financials
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware tools
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, data governance, and security best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
