Sanderson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect Manager - Security to join a leading organisation in Leeds. You will shape enterprise security architecture, set roadmaps, and lead a high-performing architecture team in a hybrid working environment.

The role requires deep expertise in security architecture, risk management and regulatory compliance, with TOGAF certification and strong stakeholder influence at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security architecture capability, standards and design patterns across the organisation.
• Partner with stakeholders to align target architecture and roadmaps with strategic objectives.
• Manage and develop a team of Domain and Solution Architects, providing leadership across architectural reviews and governance.
• Own and evolve enterprise-wide security architecture, frameworks and roadmaps.
• Ensure architectural decisions meet security, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Chair architecture review boards and provide guidance on secure technology adoption and integration.
• Coach and mentor architects to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.
• Translate strategic security objectives into practical architectural direction.

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• TOGAF certified or an equivalent enterprise architecture qualification.
• Deep expertise in security architecture, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, application and data security.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative leader with a passion for developing teams and driving architectural best practice.
