Job summary

Tria Recruitment is hiring a Security & Identity Architect in London, offering a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on embedding secure-by-design principles across our enterprise technology environment, leading IAM governance, and advancing Zero Trust security.

You will work with architecture, infrastructure, delivery, and leadership teams to shape our identity lifecycle management and secure cloud adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Security Architecture and IAM
• Strong understanding of Security by Design and secure SDLC
• Experience with enterprise IAM technologies and governance frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud security principles across Azure and/or AWS
• Experience with DevSecOps and IaC environments
• Strong understanding of cyber security domains (auth, authz, logging, monitoring)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance Security by Design and project assurance frameworks
• Define and maintain security non-functional requirements (NFRs) for new systems
• Review solutions and ensure secure architecture standards before go-live
• Identify, document, and track security risks and technical debt
• Provide guidance on secure cloud adoption across Azure and AWS
• Drive IAM governance including MFA, RBAC, PAM/PIM, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust
• Support penetration testing, vulnerability management, and remediation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to improve security posture
• Contribute to security standards, policies, audits, and compliance
• Support M&A onboarding/offboarding from cyber security and identity perspectives

We are hiring a Security & Identity Architect based in London on a flexible/hybrid basis with a salary of 95,000. This is a strategic and hands-on architecture role focused on embedding secure-by-design principles across our enterprise technology environment. You will work closely with architecture, infrastructure, delivery, and leadership teams, while also shaping our Identity & Access Management strategy and driving improvements in Zero Trust security, privileged access controls, and identity lifecycle management.
