Location: Hybrid & 2 days in Northampton Office

• Strong track record with integration projects/programs across disparate technologies within Consumer Banking & Payments
• Essential real-world architecture experience within banking or financial services, with practical experience defining and implementing enterprise-wide technical solutions
• Prior experience in technology strategy, roadmaps, and long-term vision for Cards and Payment Gateways, ensuring alignment with broader Group standards
• Extensive, detailed knowledge of the Cards & Payments industry, including its history, current trends, and future developments
• Strong technical and engineering skills with practical experience in designing and implementing complex, distributed technologies
