Role Title: Enterprise Architect
Required Core Skills:
- Functional understanding and ability to demonstrate implementation of end-to-end CRM solution using Sales, Service, Community and Marketing Cloud
- Background in Visualforce, Visual Workflow, APEX, Process Builder with ability to design, code, debug, analyse performance of solutions
- Experience of Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using SOAP and REST API
Nice to have skills:
- Good Communication and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of SAFe based Agile SDLC implementation, able to converse with c-suite stakeholders.

Detailed Job Description:
- Should have played role of Salesforce Enterprise architect earlier.
- Should be able to converse with c-suite stakeholders and establish trusted relationships with IPSD organisation to understand program and project objectives, communicating these effectively.
- The resource would have exposure to and experience working with other technologies like SAP, Snowflake, Snaplogic, etc.
- The candidate will lead strategic solutioning, create and maintain IT roadmaps, and develop architecture solutions supporting divisional projects aligned with business goals.
- Ensure a clear handover process at project start, stay engaged to ensure successful delivery of business value.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within the broader E&T Salesforce community, sharing business needs and solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of Salesforce and wider IT trends, articulating findings in terms of business value or cost savings.
- Consider application rationalisation, removal of technical debt, and cybersecurity alignment when creating roadmaps.
- Work with peers to share information and explore future opportunities and quick wins.
- Accountable for the CRM portion of the Business-Related IT Strategy, reporting quarterly revisions to IT leaders and senior business partners.
- Contribute to IT process improvements and provide feedback on delivery partner performance.
