Lead on all IT design for the delivery of business initiatives as well as creating a modern, flexible, and sustainable IT landscape.

Responsible for identifying opportunities to reduce and remove legacy IT technologies and helping to create technology roadmaps that give clear direction to deliver the business strategy and create a more modern enterprise-grade IT estate.

Work with the Lead EA and wider architect team to ensure they are utilizing a common approach, contribute to the overall technology roadmap, and ensure the roadmap and EAs support the feature roadmaps within the product teams of the vertical and horizontal functions.

Responsible for the definition, development, and governance of the Business architecture domains, supporting the design of end-to-end solutions that enhance services to members, optimize operational efficiency, and shape the future strategy of the enterprise.

Develop technology roadmaps and formulate and implement an EA practice by working collaboratively across different levels of seniority.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

• Sound knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF and PRINCE
• An understanding of the Insurance sector or a similar market
• Subject matter expertise within Business Definition Domain gained from an architecture environment
• A strong awareness of business & architecture modelling
• Good awareness of application, data, security, and modern IT architecture
