Role Overview

Lead all IT design initiatives to deliver business objectives and develop a modern, flexible, and sustainable IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify opportunities to modernize the IT environment by reducing legacy systems and creating clear technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
2. Collaborate with the Lead EA and architect team to ensure consistent approaches and support the overall technology roadmap, aligning with feature roadmaps within product teams.
3. Define, develop, and govern Business architecture domains; support end-to-end solution design that enhances services, optimizes operations, and shapes future enterprise strategy.
4. Develop technology roadmaps and establish an EA practice through collaboration across seniority levels.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF and PRINCE2.
• Understanding of the Insurance sector or similar markets.
• Expertise in Business Definition Domain within an architecture environment.
• Proficiency in business & architecture modeling.
• Good understanding of application, data, security, and modern IT architecture.
