Job summary

Replit is seeking a Premium Support Engineer to be the front line for our highest-value customers, delivering fast and expert technical support. You will handle complex incidents, guide customers, and ensure interactions meet top quality standards.

You’ll work across AI-assisted workflows, debugging across JavaScript/Python, APIs, and databases while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This role starts remote with plans to move to a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in technical or developer support roles.
• Experience delivering against enterprise SLAs.
• Hands-on debugging in JavaScript or Python.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and Git-based CI/CD workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with support tooling like Zendesk/Linear/Slack.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line contact for large enterprise customers, guiding AI prompting best practices and resolving bugs.
• Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve complex platform issues.
• Escalate high-impact issues with Product and Engineering; ensure timely fixes.
• Lead customer communications during outages or incidents.
• Analyze recurring issues and suggest process improvements to reduce resolution time.
• Build and update internal tooling, automation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales to maintain high-quality experience.
