Job summary

Barclays in Glasgow seeks an AI Product Owner to lead the design, deployment and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide AI learning products. You will shape the product roadmap, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive adoption across the bank.

You will work closely with HR, technology, data and risk teams to prioritise features, manage trade-offs and ensure value, feasibility and security. The role requires strong leadership and a track record in product management.

Qualifications

• Define and own the vision, roadmap and priorities for enterprise-wide AI learning products.
• Translate talent development needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with HR, technology, data and risk stakeholders to prioritise features and ensure secure, valuable solutions.
• Lead deployment and adoption to deliver strong colleague experience.
• Monitor product performance and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current with AI, learning tech and product management trends to identify opportunities.
• Be prepared to demonstrate leadership behaviours and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programmes facilitating onboarding and ongoing development.
• Analyse data and metrics to measure success of programmes and initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future development needs across the organisation.
• Design and deliver classroom and digital training content, programmes and user experiences.
• Support onboarding processes with materials, meetings and guidance throughout.
