Ontic in Tewkesbury is hiring an AI Engineer to join our IT team. You will develop and implement AI, Generative AI and Intelligent Automation solutions to improve business processes and drive innovation across Ontic.

This role involves integrating AI into ERP, CRM, PLM, SharePoint and Microsoft 365, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software, automation or AI development experience, strong Python skills, and proven

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering, automation or AI development.
Proven experience delivering enterprise AI or Generative AI solutions.
Strong ability to translate AI concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to simplify processes.
Design, develop and implement enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, ChatGPT, Azure AI.
Develop AI assistants, copilots and automated workflows.
Integrate AI solutions into ERP, CRM, PLM, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
