Job summary

Ncounter is seeking a Solution Architect, AI & Data to bridge customer requirements with technical delivery, shaping architectures before engineering and implementation. You will work directly with customers to understand challenges, lead discovery activities and translate requirements into practical technical designs focusing on AI, data and automation for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

Experience designing AI and data-driven solutions for enterprise-scale environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical designs and roadmaps.
Experience leading discovery workshops and communicating architecture trade-offs with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end AI, data and automation solutions for complex enterprise environments.
Produce solution architectures, technical designs and implementation roadmaps.
Lead customer discovery workshops and translate business requirements into deliverable technical solutions.
Design solutions using foundation models including OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini.
Shape agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent systems, tool calling, orchestration and human-in-the-loop approaches.
Design RAG, vector database, semantic search and enterprise knowledge solutions.
Support technical proposals, solution estimates and customer presentations.
Contribute to architecture governance, security, responsible AI and technical standards.
