Job summary

Reed Technology is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Fabric in an enterprise setting. You will translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions, working with stakeholders and technical teams across the organisation.

The role covers full lifecycle responsibilities from requirements gathering to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement, with emphasis on governance and security across AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents or copilots in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Copilot Studio and related Microsoft AI technologies.
• Understanding AI governance, security and operational best practices.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, preferably Microsoft Fabric.
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Clear communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience supporting AI solutions through testing, deployment and production support lifecycles.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and user requirements.
• Build conversational and workflow-driven AI solutions that access data and insights.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric.
• Apply governance, security and operational controls across AI solutions.
• Support testing, release management and ongoing production support.
• Monitor agent performance and drive improvements based on feedback and value.
• Work with data, platform and architecture teams to ensure robust, maintainable solutions.
