We're transforming this $200B industry's heavily manual processes from the ground up. Our customers include several of the world's top 10 freight forwarders, and many more. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and managing long-term account strategies. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet their needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the client's business, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
