Enterprise AccountManager - LHH UK Career Transition and Mobility

Join a high-performing, collaborative team at LHH, where passion and purpose meet performance. We’re looking for an Account Manager to support a UK-basedenterprise client portfolio, working in close partnership with a dedicated Business Developer.

This client-facing role sits within our Career Transition & Mobilitybusiness lineand is part of our UK Sales team. You will be the trusted advisor to our clients’ HR teams, helping them support their employees through career transitions and workforce mobility.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports to the Account Management Team Lead

  • No direct reports

Location:

  • London, UK
  • Hybrid work model with weekly office and home office days
  • Residence and valid work permit in UK required - this role does not support visa sponsorship

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver a world-class client experience focused on retention, quality, and operational excellence
  • Work closely with business developers to shape the strategic direction of each account, ensuring contract renewal and margin protection
  • Manage contracts proactively, ensuring timely reviews, renewals, and identification of new opportunities
  • Build in-depth knowledge of each client account, providing insight and feedback to enhance service engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for operational support
  • Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with clients and internal colleagues alike
  • Support account growth and retention by identifying ways to expand our share of wallet and market presence
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including client meetings, contracts, and contact details
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful client onboarding, rollout, and ongoing delivery

Success will be measured by

  • Performance against individual revenue and retention targets
  • Contract renewals and service expansion within client accounts
  • Timely and accurate implementation aligned with best practice standards
  • Client satisfaction scores and feedback via regular reviews

  • A presence in the office at leastone dayper week, and a willingness to meet clients in person regularly
