We are looking for an ambitious, growth-oriented Enterprise Account Manager focused on delivering revenue from a small number of key accounts and acquiring new clients from targeted accounts.

The ideal candidate will engage with heads of commercial operations and middle office, utilizing advanced sales methodologies like MEDDIC and SPIN. We provide a robust personal development process, and you will be part of a dynamic team.

You will generate your own pipeline alongside our marketing and business development teams, supported by pre-sales and customer success teams.

This role is within our FullCircl brand, which was established through mergers and acquisitions to enhance our capabilities in providing market insights to leading UK banks, insurers, and FinTechs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate own opportunities to supplement inbound leads (80/20 split).
  2. Develop, forecast, close, and expand business with existing and new accounts.
  3. Practice MEDDIC, SFDC, and conduct deal reviews.
  4. Develop needs using SPIN to drive value.
  5. Follow structured deal qualification processes.
  6. Build value-based ROI business cases.
  7. Develop champions within client and prospect accounts.
  8. Manage senior CXO relationships with strategic solutions.
  9. Handle various sales negotiations.
  10. Collaborate with pre-sales, CSM, training, and other teams to ensure excellent client experience.
