nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking.

We are looking for an ambitious, growth-oriented Enterprise Account Manager who will focus on delivering revenue from a small number of key accounts and acquiring new clients from a targeted list of accounts.

Our target customer is the head of commercial operations, but engaging with middle office is also important for success.

An understanding of advanced sales methodologies like MEDDIC and SPIN is advantageous. We pride ourselves on providing excellent personal development opportunities, and you will be part of this growth as a senior team member.

You will need to generate your own pipeline alongside our marketing and business development teams, supported by our pre-sales and Customer Success teams.

This role is within our FullCircl brand, established through the merger of Artesian Solutions and DueDil, and further enhanced by the acquisition of W2 Global Data Solutions.

FullCircl partners with over 500 leading UK banks, insurers, and FinTechs to deliver critical insights for customer acquisition, verification, onboarding, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate own opportunities to supplement inbound leads (80/20 split).
  2. Develop, forecast, close, and grow business from existing and new accounts.
  3. Practice MEDDIC, utilize SFDC, and conduct deal reviews.
  4. Develop needs using SPIN to drive value.
  5. Follow structured deal qualification processes.
  6. Build value-based ROI business cases for clients.
  7. Build champions within client and prospect accounts.
  8. Manage senior CXO relationships with strategic, value-added solutions.
  9. Handle various sales negotiations.
  10. Collaborate with pre-sales, CSM, and training teams to ensure excellent client experience.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Knowledge of Financial Services.
  • Enterprise sales experience in B2B software.
  • Proficiency in MEDDICC.
  • Professional integrity and team spirit.
