We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our expanding sales team here in London. Please note that this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in our London office.

About The Role
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, becoming their trusted advisor and influencer.
  • Deepen understanding of monday.com solutions and demonstrate their ROI to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, including up-sell, cross-sell, and add-on sales.
  • Become an expert on the monday.com platform, understanding its capabilities and value propositions.
  • Consult with customers on their internal processes and encourage organizational change.
  • Develop internal promotion programs within client organizations to increase platform awareness and usage.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure successful account management and relay customer feedback.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales and account management experience with large enterprise accounts (> 50-150K ACV).
  • Full sales cycle ownership, from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
  • Experience in strategy consulting is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and customer-facing skills, capable of engaging with executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
