Join the team as our next Enterprise Account Executive, Segment Sales for the DACH region.

About the job

This is a sales role focused on selling Twilio Segment’s Customer Data Platform into an $80Bn TAM. The role primarily involves landing new G2000 logos by leading the full Segment sales cycle. It is a top initiative for the business, focusing on our DACH Enterprise territory across several verticals.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build upon the growth and adoption of Segment in the Enterprise market (2,000+ employees)
  • Lead compelling presentations of Segment’s product and vision to a broad range of audiences, from c-level executives to individual contributors
  • Develop expansion opportunities from existing customers and land new target accounts
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing your pipeline
  • Partner with and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Sales Development, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, Product) to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Engage in team development and mentoring

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS provider, with a record of top performance
  • 3 years of enterprise sales experience, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and build value with business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in team selling environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving work environment
  • Unwavering dedication to success and career development
  • Intellectual curiosity and high ambition
  • Experience selling into the DACH market
  • Cross-selling experience in IT, Marketing, Data, Analytics, and Engineering
  • Business value selling experience
  • Experience with MEDDIC and Command of the Message methodologies

Location

This role will be based in the United Kingdom. Approximately 25% travel is anticipated to facilitate in-person connections with clients.
