Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join the GTM team. You'll be the first person on the ground in the UK, leading expansion efforts across the UK and Europe. You will help educate customers on the value of enterprise generative AI and navigate a highly competitive landscape, closing 6-figure and 7-figure deals.

Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing large deals.
  • Lead a structured sales process, developing compelling business cases that highlight clear value.
  • Engage C-level stakeholders and position cutting-edge AI solutions as business-critical investments.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, value-driven solutions for customers.
  • Identify potential expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with product and customer success team to provide customer insights.
What we are looking for:
  • An enterprise seller with a track record of selling AI, ML, or deep-tech solutions to large organisations.
  • Complex enterprise sales skills and experience with competitive, multi-threaded sales processes, navigating legal, compliance and procurement for 6-figure (and 7-figure) deal values.
  • Domain knowledge in generative AI, AI agents, foundation models and the competitive landscape.
  • Good level of understanding in public cloud services for data, AI/ML services.
  • Strong in technical selling and an excellent communicator, confident in presenting and selling to all levels of technical and business stakeholders.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, with the resilience and adaptability to succeed in a growth environment.
  • Grit and determination, you are resilient and follow through on tasks and objectives.
  • Empathy and integrity, passionate about solving customer problems with natural authenticity.
