A fast-growing, global SaaS company-trusted by Fortune 100 enterprises-is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead expansion efforts in the Benelux region. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role, ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives in complex enterprise environments and has a passion for technology.

What You'll Do
  • Drive new business acquisition and land "new logo" enterprise clients across the German region.
  • Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to negotiation and close-working with both technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans that deliver on quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams (presales, marketing, customer success) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Leverage the MEDDPICC methodology to qualify opportunities and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in enterprise software sales with a proven track record in the German and EMEA region.
  • Experience selling complex, consultative SaaS or cloud-based solutions to large organizations.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate value to both IT teams and executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in the MEDDPICC framework and familiarity with long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Self-starter mentality with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; plus German language - either fluent or native
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed (40%).
Preferred Skills
  • Background or technical knowledge in Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
  • Experience working in high-growth, remote-first companies.
