The role:

As a member of the Workvivo Employee Experience (EXP) team, you will increase awareness, adoption, and deployment of Workvivo within current Zoom customers and act as a market evangelist to attract new prospects and customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve ambitious revenue targets in a key growth region for Workvivo.
  2. Manage enterprise and major sales cycles (for organizations with 5,000+ employees), including lead generation, customer engagement, business case development, and contract negotiations.
  3. Collaborate with Sales Development and Marketing teams to generate leads and ensure market awareness of Workvivo.
  4. Partner with regional Zoom teams and Solutions Consulting to understand customer pain points and demonstrate how our solutions address their needs.
  5. Deliver engaging product demos, provide industry insights, and conduct effective business meetings aligned with our value proposition.
  6. Support customers during evaluation processes through internal coordination.
  7. Develop and execute territory and account plans with focus and precision.
  8. Manage sales pipeline proactively and forecast accurately to build trust.
  9. Contribute thought leadership and feedback to our Product Team to improve offerings.
  10. Mentor and coach junior sales team members.
  11. Demonstrate boldness and ambition in all activities.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 7 years of proven hunting and closing experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  2. Ability to build trust quickly with prospective enterprise customers and manage full sales cycles.
  3. Experience delivering product presentations and demos to senior executives.
  4. Skill in leveraging internal resources to build brand awareness and close deals.
  5. Excellent listening skills to understand customer challenges and articulate benefits.
  6. High empathy and good interpersonal skills.
  7. Experience working in greenfield environments and with partners.
  8. Consistent overachievement of sales quotas and revenue targets.
