Job description

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join the team in the UK to maximize the market opportunity for Databricks within the CPG industry. Your mission will be to grow one of our most strategic CPG customers. Experience selling to this sector and managing large, complex multi-national accounts is essential.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales, as an Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will have a well-informed and compelling perspective on Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI. This will guide your strategy and, together with our teams and partners, enable you to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

The impact you will have:
  1. Co-develop a business plan with your team and ecosystem partners to accelerate customer success and exceed quarterly/annual usage and booking goals.
  2. Lead your team, customers, and partners to identify impactful big data and AI use cases, demonstrating their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
  3. Implement your customer’s big data and AI transformation goals through strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and executive engagement.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of technical product details and roadmaps to build trust with executives and technical champions.
Required experience:
  • Developing strong relationships with large (global) enterprise accounts, managing virtual teams, and leading complex sales campaigns in major CPG accounts.
  • Experience working in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales quotas in high-growth enterprise software companies.
  • Experience driving usage and engagement models with professional services and training teams.
  • Co-selling and scaling business with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and GSIs.
  • Co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level executives.
  • Value-based selling experience.
