IT Sales - Enterprise Account Executive - AI Construction SAAS

Salary: £70k-£90k BASIC, £140k-£180k OTE + Equity + Benefits

Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly scaling AI SAAS vendor transforming the global construction sector. Backed by top investors and with excellent founders at the helm, they are already delivering measurable value to major players within the industry. They are now seeking a senior "net new" account executive to drive growth across the UK and overseas markets, selling an impressive AI-powered platform to contractors, asset owners, and real estate developers.

This is a pure new business, high-impact role focused on strategic, enterprise-level sales, managing the full sales process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of experience selling ConTech/PropTech (AI/SAAS) solutions, with a drive, hunger, and go-getter mentality, along with new business solution sales experience within the construction sector. Credibility and knowledge in this space are essential. Experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment is a plus.
