As a part of our Agentforce Specialist selling team, you will craft customer engagement strategies and deliver groundbreaking results. We seek individuals with deep AI knowledge and extensive experience in selling complex technology solutions, understanding cloud-based services, and designing B2B and B2C solutions. You will collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges and demonstrate how Agentforce can address their critical business goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Employ your sales expertise, leveraging new technologies and AI modeling to identify and promote Agentforce opportunities with potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Sales team to find opportunities for Agentforce growth among current and new customers.
- Articulate to customers how the Salesforce product stack, especially Agentforce, can deliver tailored solutions that transform customer engagement within their existing architecture.
- Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze complex business problems and demonstrate how Agentforce’s capabilities can deliver impact at scale.
- Source and qualify Agentforce opportunities that align with our ideal customer profile.
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover critical business needs and demonstrate how Agentforce can be a solution.
- Assess clients’ sophisticated business needs through in-depth discovery sessions, showcasing how Agentforce provides scalable solutions.
- Develop and present compelling Points of View (POVs) that highlight the tangible value of Agentforce to technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless client experience and present a unified Salesforce approach.
- Align solutions with clients’ strategic objectives and demonstrate how they address their long-term goals.
- Combine deep discovery insights with your perspective to craft compelling use cases for Agentforce that resonate with buyers.
What you should have:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within highly technical environments.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including agent platform configuration, automation, API integration, etc.
- Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds, Data Cloud).
- Strong business intuition for mapping client needs to Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities through detailed technical discovery.
- Ability to explain AI models and solutions to non-technical clients and translate AI capabilities into business outcomes.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in technical sales environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a focus on technology sales.
