Role Overview: Enterprise Account Executive

The primary responsibilities include selling new products across various markets, aligning with our core values: put people first, make an impact, and demonstrate grit. The role also requires maintaining current knowledge of all products, services, and competitors.

What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of successful SaaS sales with proven quota attainment
  • Ability to qualify opportunities quickly and build relationships
  • Expertise in delivering compelling messages
  • Comfort engaging with all levels of personas
  • Experience in solution selling
  • Confidence throughout the sales cycle
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high energy, and a “can do” attitude
  • Discipline and motivation to work independently
  • Proficiency with CRM and presentation software
  • Sales and lead development training preferred
What You’ll Do:
  • Build a book of business within targeted verticals
  • Leverage referrals and existing relationships to identify new opportunities
  • Target key personas and develop relationships through understanding vertical market value
  • Demonstrate ROI of our weather intelligence solutions to clients
  • Travel onsite to prospects as needed
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality service and knowledge sharing
  • Generate accurate forecasts and business pipelines
