Did you know, we’re covering the National Insurance increase on any new marketing or sales hires starting before April?

This growing business is expanding into a new area focused on security class actions, creating an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive growth in this emerging market. Operating within a dynamic and cross-functional startup culture, this role will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the sales function.

This position requires a highly confident and polished Senior Account Executive with experience selling technology or services into the investment space, particularly within investment operations. The role involves engaging senior decision-makers, fostering trust, and driving revenue growth while contributing to the overall expansion of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting operations, finance, and legal departments of investment firms, asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional investors.
  2. Develop new business opportunities while leveraging existing relationships within the investment sector.
  3. Present and sell security class action solutions in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to refine value propositions and support business growth.
  5. Maintain a structured, data-driven sales approach, ensuring a high conversion rate and strong deal velocity.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in sales within the investment sector, with a track record of selling technology or services to investment operations teams.
  2. Strong executive presence and the ability to project confidence and trust when engaging with senior stakeholders.
  3. Demonstrated success in selling high-value, consultative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  4. A startup mindset, comfortable working in a cross-functional and entrepreneurial environment.
  5. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  6. Availability to work from a Central London office three days a week.
