As a Nutricia Community Nurse, you’ll provide care for patients who are being tube-fed in their own homes. You’ll build strong relationships with carers & healthcare professionals, including dietitians, GPs, and local nurses.
This field-based position supports adult patients in South East Wales (Newport) and the surrounding area. To be considered for this role, you’ll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RSCN, or RNLD), with at least 12 months’ experience and living in South East Wales (Newport). A full UK Driving License is required; we’ll provide a company car, fuel card, and lunch allowance when you're in the field.
Role Focus:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training to patients, carers, and HCPs to support safe discharges from hospital and ongoing care at home.
Conduct regular patient reviews and be available to support with questions, issues, and troubleshooting.

We’d love to see you demonstrate :
Your ability to work independently and manage your diary effectively.
Your understanding of the UK Healthcare Market, including the NHS.
Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including patients and HCPs.
Knowledge of enteral tube feeding is desirable, but comprehensive training will be provided.
