Triple West Medical Ltd. is assisting the NHS East of England with recruiting an ENT SpR on either a Permanent or NHS Fixed Term basis. The appointee will join a department of 11 Consultants within ENT, delivering day case/23 hour lists, outpatient clinics, and deputising in theatres as required.

A focus on developing clinical and managerial skills is expected. The role offers involvement in teaching and collaboration with primary care colleagues, within a well-led and high-performing trust with

Competenze

• UK NHS experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in ENT.
• Ability to teach and supervise junior staff.

Mansioni

Our NHS client in the East of England has appointed us to help recruit them an ENT SpR on either a Permanent or NHS Fixed Term basis.

The successful appointee will be working in a department of 11 Consultants within ENT, they will be asked to fulfil various responsibilities within the ENT department. These will include:

• Undertaking day case/23 hour stay operating lists, with supervision as deemed necessary
• Outpatient clinics, usually in conjunction with one of the Consultant ENT Surgeons
• Deputising for absent colleagues in theatres, wards and outpatient clinics and other areas, as necessary, at a level commensurate with the appointee's experience and ENT capability
• Development clinical and managerial skills, primary care colleagues through group teaching and practice based sessions & development of clinical and managerial skills
