About us

Communitas Clinics is a provider of NHS community ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) and Dermatology services, operating across London and the South East of England. Patients are referred to our service by their GP, and appropriate referrals are then treated in community settings by specialist clinicians.

Communitas Clinics has grown organically from a small service operating in one London borough, to an organisation employing over 100 staff and serving a population of over 4 million.

We are proud to be a part of the NHS family, and as an NHS third party provider we provide a patient centred service, improving access to advice and information and helping to increase knowledge and awareness of the management of relevant conditions.

Job responsibilities

Communitas Clinics is seeking an experienced and dedicated ENT Consultant to lead the clinical provision of our growing Intermediate ENT Services. This role has been developed to address the increasing demand for Tier 3 community ENT services, and the ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the clinical delivery across our existing ENT contracts.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Clinical Director to ensure the highest standards of clinical governance, overseeing the clinical aspects of the service while ensuring alignment with national clinical developments and guidelines. You will have the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, offer peer support, and contribute to the professional development of our ENT clinical team.

This position offers the flexibility and autonomy to help shape the future direction of the service, with input into working arrangements following your appointment. We are looking for a collaborative and proactive individual who can help us deliver exceptional care to our patients while supporting the continued growth of our service.
