Job summary

Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Ear, Nose and Throat Consultant to join a team of six consultants, with Specialty Doctors, Registrars, Nurse Practitioners and Audiologists. The role is full-time (10PA) and includes outpatient clinics, operating lists and MDT attendance.

The post-holder will provide ENT services including paediatrics and on-call sessions, with flexible duties as the department evolves.

Qualifications

• Must be on the General Medical Council Specialist Register or within six months of admission to the Register (for trainees) in the UK.
• Must continue to hold a Licence to Practise.

Responsibilities

• Provide ENT services in outpatient clinics and theatres, including paediatrics.
• Attend MDTs and cover consultant on-call sessions with support from Specialty Doctors and Registrars.
• Contribute to development of ENT services and governance within the West Yorkshire Trust network.
