Job summary

Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust in Huddersfield is inviting applications for an Ear, Nose and Throat Consultant to join a team alongside five other consultants and a wide range of Specialty Doctors, Registrars, Nurses and Audiologists. The post is a full-time 10PA role with outpatient clinics, operating lists and MDT attendance.

The successful candidate will focus on general ENT clinics and theatres, including paediatrics, and cover on-call sessions with support from Specialty

Qualifications

• Must be on the General Medical Council Specialist Register, or within six months of entry for trainees in the UK, and hold a Licence to Practise.
• Experience in ENT surgery and running outpatient clinics is desirable.
• Flexibility to work across theatres and clinics and participate in on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide ENT services in general clinics and theatre lists.
• Participate in MDT meetings and cross-cover with colleagues.
• Lead/participate in development of ENT services and governance activities.
