A recruitment agency is seeking an Enrolment Lead to manage adult learner enquiries from interest through to enrolment. You will engage prospective learners, facilitate the enrolment process, and ensure compliance. Ideal candidates will have experience in learner onboarding and a strong understanding of adult skills programmes. This remote position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

The Enrolment Lead is a pivotal role within the learner journey team, taking ownership of adult learner enquiries from initial expression of interest through to enrolment and induction. Working remotely, this position requires a self-motivated and highly organised individual who can manage their own workflow, while engaging prospective learners with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.
You'll work directly with data exported from the MIS (PICS), contacting learners who have completed enquiry forms, conducting Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), and guiding them confidently through the full onboarding process. You'll liaise with delivery and compliance teams to ensure every learner is supported, eligible, and ready to start their learning programme.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a role where they can support and influence adult learners from their very first enquiry. You'll be self-motivated, well-organised, and confident with both systems and people. You'll care deeply about the quality of the learner experience and will be capable of working both independently and collaboratively across a remote team.
