The vacancy

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about supporting student success? Join our Student Information Services team and play a vital role in managing and maintaining high-quality student data across the learner journey.

As a Enrolment & Data Specialist, you will support the delivery of a professional and customer-focused service to students, staff, and external stakeholders. You’ll work across a range of areas focusing on enrolments and data within apprenticeships. You may also be required to support the exams timetabling and data returns team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service at every stage.

Contract Details: This role is a fixed-term contract - up to 11 months.

Essential Criteria
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
  • Recent experience in a student data-related or transferable administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Access) and database systems
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a customer-focused approach
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage student records from enrolment to completion across FE, HE, Apprenticeships, and Loans
  • Lead on specialist areas such as enrolment
  • Provide high-quality customer service to students, staff, and external partners
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with funding and audit requirements
  • Support training, process improvement, and departmental development
