As Captiva Learning grows, we seek ambitious Enrolment Consultants to join us. We are looking for individuals who actively seek out new challenges to join our team of Enrolment Consultants, supporting learners through our range of ground-breaking apprenticeship programmes.

As an Enrolment Consultant, you\'ll play a crucial role in our mission at Captiva Learning. Your primary responsibility will be to advise and guide learners and employers, supporting them through the entire enrolment process. Your role is instrumental in helping individuals and organisations achieve their educational and career goals, making it a crucial part of our company\'s mission.

The details:

  • Basic salary up to £35,000 DOE
  • Bonus Scheme with a structure that offers 1–3-year OTE of up to £40,000 plus in bonus
  • Full-Time Position in our Head Office in Stratford
  • Permanent role
  • 25 Days Annual Leave (One extra day leave given per year to a maximum of 30 days plus Bank Holidays)
  • Private Healthcare on completion of probation
