Job Description

The Hult Doctorate Enrollment Team is seeking a part-time Enrollment Coordinator/Application Manager to join our London team. This role is vital for assisting in recruiting outstanding students for our global business school. We seek a self-motivated, team-oriented individual eager to contribute to our enrollment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate enrollment-related events such as candidate dinners, webinars, and retention activities.
2. Research global events and clubs to support strategic enrollment initiatives.
3. Assist prospective students through the application process: collecting documents, scheduling interviews, and following up promptly.
4. Qualify and promote our programs to potential candidates.
5. Support the enrollment team with additional projects and maintaining the prospective student pipeline.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to relate to diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
• Self-motivated, driven, and customer-focused.
• Works well in a team and values collaboration.
• Fluent in English.
