Enrollment Coordinator – Doctorate in Business Administration

The Hult Doctorate Enrollment Team is looking to hire a part-time Enrollment Coordinator/Application Manager. This role would be an integral part of the enrollment team in London. We are looking for a self-starter, team-oriented person who wants to help us find outstanding students for our global business school!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist enrollment team in coordinating enrollment related events, such as candidate dinners, regional webinars, retention activities, etc.
• Research global events/clubs to support the Enrollment Advisor Team with strategic enrollment initiatives
• Assist prospective students through the application process by collecting documents, scheduling interviews, and following up as needed in a timely manner
• Qualify and promote our top-ranked program to potential candidates
• Support the enrollment team with additional projects and assignments as needed
• Support Enrollment Advisors with maintaining prospective student pipeline
