Job summary

Education Partnership North East is seeking a part-time Student Services role at Hartlepool Sixth Form to develop and lead an enrichment programme that connects academic study with personal development. You will design activities aligned to A Levels, T Levels, and vocational courses and work across campuses to broaden student experiences.

You will monitor participation, build partnerships with universities and employers, and promote inclusivity and safeguarding across all activities, including

Qualifications

• Level 3 recognised qualification or willingness to work towards.
• GCSE Maths and English Grade A*-C or equivalent.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Safeguarding to level 2 with a willingness to work towards level 3 (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Map all enrichment activity to the Change making Personal Development Framework themes.
• Develop a clear enrichment calendar aligned to UCAS deadlines and exams.
• Monitor student engagement and ensure equity of access.
• Work with curriculum colleagues to ensure enrichment complements tutorials.
• Ensure progression to university study, apprenticeships and employment.
