Role:

We are recruiting for an Enrichment Practitioner, who will work alongside key staff across the organisation to support our students throughout their time at QE. The successful candidate will be fully immersed in QE day-to-day life, contributing to evening and weekend commitments.

Full training and support will be offered. This is a great opportunity to develop and use a wide range of skills and gain valuable experience in a busy day and boarding school.

This role will appeal to a range of candidates including recent graduates considering a career working with young people, and industry professionals with relevant practical skills to offer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside key staff to enrich student experience, assisting and/or leading groups and individuals as required
  • Develop and deliver high-quality activities, workshops, and clubs during and outside school hours, supporting students to achieve excellent outcomes and skills development
  • Promote a professional ethos at all times
  • Accompany school trips and attend events, assisting with leading them as required
  • Participate in staff benefits such as a 10% discount on kindergarten fees (aged 3 months to 3 years) and significant discounts on school fees from age 3 to 18
