Joining us as an Enrichment Officer, you will have demonstrable experience of designing, developing, and delivering a diverse enrichment programme that engages a wide range of students and meets varying needs and interests. You will build and maintain effective partnerships with external agencies and organisations, plan, coordinate and deliver a varied programme of activities and events, analyse participation and impact data, produce reports and use evidence to inform future planning and improvements whilst taking a proactive approach to identify gaps and opportunities within the enrichment offer.
