Job summary

Ministeps Daycare Nursery in Luton is seeking a dedicated Nursery Educator to deliver high-quality early years education and care.

You will plan activities, support social, emotional, and cognitive development, and maintain a safe learning environment. You will observe progress, communicate with families, and work with colleagues to implement the curriculum while following safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in teaching and early years development.
• Ability to plan and deliver lesson plans for different ages.
• Strong communication with children, families and colleagues.
• Relevant early years or childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3).
• Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practice.
• Team player with initiative and record-keeping ability.
• Experience in nursery/preschool setting is beneficial.
