An esteemed higher education institution in the UK is seeking an experienced Library Services Manager to lead customer support and manage staff in a dynamic library environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-quality service, experience in library operations, and the ability to foster relationships across departments. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver Library services as part of the Student Service Centre, part of the new Student and Campus Life service. In our Student Service Centre we help students navigate their whole journey, providing a coherent route and common experience for all student enquiries. Offering information and access to services covering all aspects of student life; from academic and learning resources to financial, physical and mental wellbeing through to residential and all other aspects of student life.
This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources. You would also work regularly at our City Campus in Bristol city centre (Bower Ashton Studios, Arnolfini, Spike Island and Watershed) and at Glenside Campus in Stapleton.

UWE Bristol is campus-based; this role is campus-based for at least 80 percent of your time, with occasional work from home subject to business need. Salary offers are in line with the University's salary assessment guidelines and based on relevant skills and experience. Right to Work in the UK: evidence of eligibility to live and work in the UK is required. Sponsorship for this role under the Home Office Skilled Worker visa route is not available.
