A healthcare service provider is seeking two part-time dementia service secretaries in Lochgilphead. Candidates will perform administrative tasks, manage records, and support a multi-disciplinary team, requiring computer literacy and NHS experience. This fixed-term role is for 18.5 hours per week, prioritizing confidentiality and initiative.

The Enhanced Community Dementia Service is looking to recruit to 2 part-time dementia service secretaries. The Enhanced Community dementia service covers 2 areas across Argyll & Bute, encompassing the East and the West, i.e. Oban Lorn and the Isles/Mid Argyll, Kintyre and Islay.
The base for the Oban Lorne and the Isles/Mid Argyll Kintyre and Islay post will be either Lochgilphead or Oban (dependent on where the successful candidate resides).
The post holder will provide a comprehensive secretarial service to the Enhanced Community Dementia Service.
The post-holder will handle essential administrative tasks, acting as the main point of contact for the team and supporting its efficient operation.
This includes managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining records while prioritizing confidentiality and sensitivity in dealing with complex information. The post holder will respond to the day-to-day requirements of the Enhanced Community Dementia Service as a whole as well as providing general support to the multi-disciplinary team and other team members, as needed.
