Job Description:

The role of an Enhanced Care Team Recovery Coordinator is a fixed-term contract until May, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with one evening shift until 7pm. Humankind, a leading charity providing support for alcohol, drugs, housing, and mental health, is seeking a dedicated individual to support higher-need service users with multiple needs, including physical health, comorbidities, financial issues, and social support.

The coordinator will conduct outreach, manage caseloads, and work closely with multi-agency teams to provide holistic support, including home visits and community meetings. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required. Knowledge of interventions like Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and harm reduction is essential.
