Requirements:

• Level 3 English or equivalent
• Substantial experience and expertise in the field
• Experience in delivering training
• Teaching or assessing qualification (desirable)
• If lacking, support for obtaining necessary qualifications is available
• Ability to use diverse training methods
• Strong organizational, planning, and workload management skills
• Knowledge of Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety, Data Protection policies
