English Tutor

As an English tutor with TP Tutors, you’ll deliver personalised, engaging sessions that help learners tackle everything that is involved in the English Curriculum.

We are looking for experienced tutors to join TP Tutors to help build children’s confidence and skills in English in the North Yorkshire area.

The Role will include:

• Delivering tailored lessons to meet individual learning goals in English Literature and Language.
• Using creative and engaging teaching styles to engage children back into education.
• Providing clear progress via the use of LEAP reports.

What we are looking for:

• Experience teaching or tutoring English at a secondary school level.
• Strong communication skills.
• An engaging approach that builds students' confidence.
• Strong subject knowledge in the English curriculum.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
